We look for carers who actually care. During these uncertain times, by choosing us as your care provider during the coronavirus outbreak, you will not only have someone to support you with everyday needs like personal care and meal preparation at home, you will have familiar and friendly carers who will you can depend on and they will support you both physically and emotionally.

If you are considering home care, we have different care package which will be adapted to suit your individual needs during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Hourly visits- this is where carers come and support you meet your every day needs once or several times a day. We provide a minimum of 1 hour a day. Some of the support we provide include meal preparation, personal care, shopping, housekeeping, medication administration and outreach.

Live-in Care- You can have a live-in carer who stays with you and supports you round the clock. Which is very important especially during the coronavirus upbreak as you will be having the same carers support you. If you are a couple or someone with complex needs, live-in care might be the best option for you.

Emergency cover- we provide emergency cover to look after your loved one who have employed his or her own personal care assistants, but the PA might need to have a day off, annual leave or sick, we will be your go to agency to cover such visits., this can be both day and night visits.

Respite Care- we know looking after your loved one can be very challenging especially during these coronavirus pandemic and lockdown times. A lot of family members are feeling stressed and need a well deserved break. When you need carers to help you look after your loved one, Spring Valley Carers will be there to provide the break you need and peace of mind knowing your loved one is in good hands and being looked after properly. This can be for as little as 2 hours a day to 2 weeks of continuous support.
